Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and QUICK AI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS HUB - FZCO, a Free Zone Company (FZCO) with limited liability, Registration No. 78782, Trade License No. 80532, registered with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA), IFZA Business Park, DDP, Premises No. 80532-001, PO Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Company”, “we”, “us”). The Company is the operator and provider of the Service and the owner and operator of the Bunsy mobile apps. These Terms govern your use of the Bunsy mobile apps, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, using the Service as a guest, or purchasing credits or a subscription, you accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

All purchases and payments made on our website are processed by LIS System s.r.o., a Czech limited liability company, Company ID 022 68 515, VAT ID CZ02268515, registered on 21 November 2013 by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 217621, Uralská 689/7, 160 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic (“LIS System”), acting as the Merchant of Record. The Company is the product developer and is responsible for the Service’s functionality and technical support. LIS System does not operate, own, or develop the Service or its apps (see Section 3).

Website purchases made before 26 October 2026 were sold by Erkinov LLC, a Wyoming (United States) limited liability company, Wyoming Filing ID 2026-002026177, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Erkinov”), as authorised reseller of Bunsy web subscriptions and prepaid AI services under a software licence granted by the Company. Subscriptions started through Erkinov continue to be billed by Erkinov until they are cancelled.

Related policies: Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Pricing. The Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy are part of these Terms. The English version controls if a translation conflicts.

1. The Service

Bunsy is an independent AI video studio. You can generate short-form video and images from prompts and optional reference media, edit clips, and publish to a feed. Features and models may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

Generation uses third-party AI models. Your inputs are sent to the third-party providers needed to perform the function you select, which may process them under their own terms and outside the United Arab Emirates and your country of residence, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not own those models, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the model creators, and we do not guarantee any particular output, model availability, or quality.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 16 years old (or older where the law of your country requires a higher minimum age). One person may keep one account; creating multiple accounts to obtain free or introductory credits again is prohibited. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. 3. Credits, subscriptions, and purchases

Credits (“tokens”) are internal consumption units used exclusively to measure access to Bunsy’s AI functionality. They cannot be transferred between users, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash, and are non-refundable once spent, except as required by applicable law. Credits are deducted when a generation request is submitted. If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side before a usable result is delivered, we may restore the credits or provide another appropriate remedy. Free or introductory credits are given at our discretion, may expire, and may be revoked in cases of abuse.

Current prices are published at bunsy.io/pricing and shown at checkout. Price changes do not affect an already paid subscription period. Purchases are available through the following channels:

  • Website purchases — LIS System s.r.o. (Merchant of Record). LIS System sells Bunsy web subscriptions and one-time credit packs to you in its own name as Merchant of Record and is responsible for the sale, payment processing, billing, invoicing, applicable taxes (including VAT), refunds, and chargebacks. Payment is taken on LIS System’s own payment page, which opens when you choose a plan or pack on bunsy.io, through the payment service providers LIS System uses; the charge on your statement comes from LIS System, and the Company does not receive or store your card details. The payment page may show the price converted to your local currency, and VAT may be added depending on your country. After LIS System confirms the payment to us, we add the purchased credits or subscription to your Bunsy account. The Company retains ownership of the software and intellectual property and provides the technical infrastructure and performance of the Service. Sections 3 and 4 set out the terms on which website purchases are sold and apply to the sale between you and LIS System; the Service itself is provided and operated by the Company, and these Terms continue to govern your use of it.
  • Website purchases before 26 October 2026 — Erkinov LLC. Erkinov sold these purchases in its own name as authorised reseller and seller of record under a commercial software licence granted by the Company, with Stripe as its payment service provider, and remains responsible for their billing, refunds, and chargebacks, including renewals of subscriptions started through it.
  • iOS purchases. These relate to the Company’s mobile apps and do not involve LIS System or Erkinov. They are made via Apple In-App Purchase under Apple’s media services terms. Apple is the merchant, and billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
  • Google Play purchases. Purchases made via Google Play Billing are governed by Google Play’s terms. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled through Google Play under its policies.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly or monthly, as shown for the plan), and the payment method on file is charged, unless you cancel before the renewal date. The checkout (web, App Store, or Google Play) shows the price, billing frequency, that renewal is automatic, and how to cancel. Cancel a website subscription using the cancellation link in LIS System’s payment email or by signing in at app.norelio.eu/account with the email you paid with; a subscription started through Erkinov is cancelled in your account on bunsy.io. Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in that store’s settings. You can also email [email protected] for help cancelling. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

4. Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds and chargebacks for website purchases are handled by LIS System as Merchant of Record (or, for purchases made before 26 October 2026, by Erkinov). To request a refund for a website purchase, email [email protected] and we will forward and coordinate the request with the seller of that purchase. Under the purchase terms you accept on LIS System’s payment page, you may request a full refund of a website purchase within 3 days of purchase by contacting the seller at the address shown on that page or at [email protected]; after 3 days refund requests are no longer accepted, except where applicable law requires otherwise. After a refund or chargeback of a website purchase, the related credits or subscription access may be revoked. Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled only under that store’s policies; after a refund, the related credits or subscription access may be revoked. We may suspend accounts engaged in abusive chargebacks.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have statutory withdrawal and other rights for digital content and services. Where immediate performance affects a withdrawal right, the checkout will obtain any request or acknowledgement required by law. To exercise a withdrawal right, email [email protected]; for website purchases we will forward your request to the seller of that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights; where such rights apply, we will work with LIS System or Erkinov to ensure they are honoured.

5. Inputs, outputs, and your responsibility

You keep rights in what you upload, and you confirm you have all rights and consents needed to submit it. We need a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and display your content as required to operate the Service, including sending inputs to third-party AI providers, and for safety, moderation, and legal compliance. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models except with separate opt-in consent.

To the extent the applicable AI provider’s terms allow, the rights in output generated from your input belong to you, and we claim no ownership of it beyond the license above. AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright in every jurisdiction, and similar output may be generated for other users. Output may be inaccurate or unsuitable and is not professional advice. You must not remove AI-generation labels or provenance signals.

6. Likeness and deceptive media

You must not use the Service to create deceptive impersonations of real people; non-consensual intimate imagery; fraud; harassment; defamation; or political deception. If you upload a photograph of a real person, you must be that person or have their explicit, documented consent, which we may ask you to provide. Claims arising from unauthorized use of another person’s likeness are your sole responsibility.

7. Prohibited content and conduct — including NSFW

You must not submit, generate, request, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind. This includes sexual content involving adults, sexual nudity, fetish material, and sexually suggestive AI-generated images or video. Bunsy does not offer uncensored, unfiltered, “no filter”, or adult generation. We screen prompts before image and video generation and may block, filter, or remove content and accounts.

You also must not submit, generate, or distribute content that:

  • sexually exploits, endangers, or depicts minors — absolutely prohibited, with no exception;
  • is illegal under UAE law or your local law;
  • promotes hatred, violence, terrorism, self-harm, or discrimination;
  • infringes intellectual property, privacy, or likeness rights;
  • is fraudulent, deceptive, or contains malware.

You must not reverse engineer the Service, scrape it or abuse it through automation, circumvent usage limits, safety or security measures, or attempt jailbreaks or prompt-injection attacks.

You confirm that you are not located in or ordinarily resident in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction and are not on any applicable sanctions list (including UN, UAE, and, where applicable, US and EU lists). We may block access from sanctioned jurisdictions.

8. Moderation and enforcement

We use automated and manual moderation. We may review, filter, block, or remove inputs and outputs, and suspend or terminate accounts, including without prior notice where needed for safety or legal compliance. There is zero tolerance for prohibited content. In-app tools let you report content and block users. You can also email [email protected]. We aim to review valid reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. If you believe an enforcement decision was a mistake, email us to request a review.

Child sexual abuse material is prohibited absolutely. We remove it, terminate the responsible account, preserve records where legally required, and report to competent authorities.

9. Intellectual property complaints

Send notices to [email protected] including identification of the work, location of the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy, and your signature. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

10. Ownership of the Service

All rights in the Service, including its software, design, and the Bunsy name and marks, belong to the Company or its licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app or by emailing [email protected]. On termination or deletion, unused credits and paid periods are not refunded, except as required by law, under Section 4, or under app store policies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination do so.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service and all output are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for third-party model outages, refusals, or quality, or for the acts of app stores or payment service providers, and we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service (to LIS System, Erkinov, Apple, or Google) in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. LIS System, and for earlier purchases Erkinov, is responsible for the website sale transactions it performs as seller. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection law of your country.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify the Company against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful content, your infringement of third-party rights (including unauthorized use of a person’s likeness), or your misuse of the Service. This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by the Company and does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

14. App Store terms

These Terms are between you and the Company, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or its content and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support; contact [email protected] instead. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms for the iOS app and may enforce them against you. Where a store’s mandatory rules conflict with these Terms, the store’s rules prevail.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory law of your country of residence.

We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If it is not resolved: (a) for users resident in the UAE, the Dubai Courts have exclusive jurisdiction; (b) consumers resident in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under mandatory consumer law; (c) all other disputes are finally resolved by binding arbitration seated in Dubai, in English, before a sole arbitrator. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court. This Section governs your relationship with the Company and does not limit the obligations of LIS System or Erkinov as sellers of website purchases or your mandatory rights against them.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting the new version in the Service and, where appropriate, notifying you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in force.
