Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and QUICK AI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS HUB - FZCO(“Company”, “we”, “us”), IFZA Business Park, DDP, PO Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They govern your use of the Bunsy mobile apps, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, using the Service as a guest, or purchasing credits or a subscription, you accept these Terms.

Related policies: Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Pricing. The English version controls if a translation conflicts.

1. The Service

Bunsy is an independent AI video studio. You can generate short-form video and images from prompts and optional reference media, edit clips, and publish to a feed. Generation uses third-party AI models. We do not own those models, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the model creators, and we do not guarantee any particular output.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of majority where you live). One person may keep one account. Contact [email protected] about unauthorized use of your account.

2. Credits, subscriptions, and website payments

Credits (“tokens”) are a limited-use digital entitlement used to run paid generation. They are not money and are generally non-refundable once spent. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel.

Current prices are published at bunsy.io/pricing. In the iOS and Android apps, purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Website checkout is processed by Creem as merchant of record. Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in that store’s settings. For website billing questions, email [email protected].

3. Inputs, outputs, and your responsibility

You keep rights in what you upload. We need a license to host, transmit, and display your content as required to operate the Service, including sending inputs to third-party AI providers, and for safety, moderation, and legal compliance. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models except with separate opt-in consent.

Output is AI-generated, may be inaccurate or unsuitable, and is not professional advice. You must not remove AI-generation labels or provenance signals.

4. Likeness and deceptive media

You must not use the Service to create deceptive impersonations of real people; non-consensual intimate imagery; fraud; harassment; defamation; or political deception. If you upload a photograph of a real person, you must be that person or have their explicit, documented consent.

5. Prohibited content — including NSFW

You must not submit, generate, request, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind. This includes sexual content involving adults, sexual nudity, fetish material, and sexually suggestive AI-generated images or video. Bunsy does not offer uncensored, unfiltered, “no filter”, or adult generation. We screen prompts before image and video generation and may block, filter, or remove content and accounts.

You also must not submit, generate, or distribute content that:

  • sexually exploits, endangers, or depicts minors — absolutely prohibited, with no exception;
  • is illegal under UAE law or your local law;
  • promotes hatred, violence, terrorism, or discrimination;
  • infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • is fraudulent, deceptive, or contains malware.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, filter, block, or remove inputs and outputs, and suspend or terminate accounts, including without prior notice where needed for safety or legal compliance. There is zero tolerance for prohibited content. In-app tools let you report content and block users. You can also email [email protected]. We aim to review valid reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

Child sexual abuse material is prohibited absolutely. We remove it, terminate the responsible account, preserve records where legally required, and report to competent authorities.

7. Intellectual property complaints

Send notices to [email protected] including identification of the work, location of the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy, and your signature. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Third-party model outages, refusals, and quality are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
