This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses Bunsy — the mobile apps, website, and APIs. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. If you cannot follow it, do not use the Service.

We screen text prompts before image and video generation. Screening does not mean every prohibited request will be caught. You remain responsible for your prompts, uploads, and how you use outputs. We may block a request, remove content, or suspend an account.

NSFW and sexually explicit generation — prohibited

Bunsy prohibits generating, requesting, uploading, or distributing NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content, including AI-generated images and video.

That ban includes, without limitation:

• sexual content involving adults;
• sexual nudity, genitalia, or sexual acts, real or depicted;
• sexually suggestive or fetish imagery intended to arouse;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, including of people who appear in reference photos;
• any attempt to bypass filters with coded language, “uncensored”, “no filter”, “18+”, or similar requests.

Bunsy is not an adult, uncensored, or unfiltered generator. There is no setting that turns this rule off.

Child sexual exploitation — absolutely prohibited

Content that sexually exploits, endangers, or depicts minors (anyone 17 or under, or anyone who appears to be a minor) is forbidden with no exception, including fictional depictions. We remove it, terminate the account, and report to competent authorities as required by law.

Other prohibited uses

• Illegal content under UAE law or your local law.
• Hate, terrorism, extreme violence, or incitement of harm.
• Deceptive impersonation of a real person, fraud, harassment, defamation, or political / electoral deception.
• Uploading a real person’s face, voice, or likeness without being that person or having their explicit consent.
• Infringing copyright, trademark, or other IP.
• Malware, scraping that abuses the Service, or attempts to evade rate limits or safety systems.

Enforcement

We may refuse a generation, hide or delete content, and suspend or terminate accounts without a refund where this AUP is broken. Report abuse in the app or email [email protected].
