Sub-processors

This page lists the third-party AI model, infrastructure, and service providers (“sub-processors”) that Quick uses to deliver the Service, as referenced in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Many of these providers are located outside the UAE, which involves cross-border data transfers. We update this list when providers change.

Providers marked Biometric may receive facial images you upload to create avatars. We select, where available, provider modes with zero or minimal retention and no model training, and require deletion by contract where feasible; however, we cannot fully control provider-side retention. See Section 7 of our Privacy Policy for details.

AI model / generation providers

Receive your prompts, uploads, and — where applicable — facial images, to generate Output (images, video, audio, avatars, text).

  • OpenAI

    Large-language-model processing for the in-app assistant/agent and related text features.

  • Anthropic

  • OpenRouter

    Large-language-model routing for the in-app assistant/agent and related text features.

  • Mistral (Voxtral)

    Speech-to-text transcription of audio you submit.

  • LIS System s.r.o. (Norelio)

    Merchant of Record for website purchases: sells Bunsy web subscriptions and credit packs in its own name, runs the payment page, collects payment, billing, and contact data, and notifies us of the order and its status (a Czech limited liability company, Company ID 022 68 515, VAT ID CZ02268515, registered on 21 November 2013 by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 217621; Uralská 689/7, 160 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic).

  • Erkinov LLC

    Seller of record for website purchases made before 26 October 2026, including renewals of subscriptions started then: sold them in its own name under a software licence from the Company and holds the order and billing data for those sales (a Wyoming (United States) limited liability company, Wyoming Filing ID 2026-002026177; 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States).

  • Stripe

    Payment processing for website purchases made before 26 October 2026, as the payment service provider of Erkinov LLC: hosted checkout page, card data, receipts.

  • Apple In-App Purchase

    In-app purchases of subscriptions and credit packs on iOS.

  • Google Play Billing

    In-app purchases of subscriptions and credit packs on Android.

  • Adapty

    Subscription management, entitlements, and payment analytics for app-store billing.

  • Meta / Facebook

    Only where you choose to share content to Facebook or Instagram Stories (no Facebook login or SDK-based tracking).
