In the iOS and Android apps you pay Apple or Google at the localized store price. All website purchases and payments are processed by LIS System s.r.o., acting as the Merchant of Record; the charge on your statement comes from it. Bunsy is developed and operated by QUICK AI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS HUB - FZCO, which is responsible for its functionality and technical support. By paying you agree to our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
Credits are internal consumption units for generation: they cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash. Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless we say otherwise in the app.

What are credits?
Credits are a limited-use digital entitlement for generation, not cash. A subscription grants credits each billing period, and you can also buy one-time credit packs.
Do unused credits roll over?
Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next period unless we say otherwise in the app.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions bought in the app are cancelled in your Apple or Google account settings. A website subscription is cancelled with the link in your payment email or at app.norelio.eu/account, signing in with the email you paid with; you can also email [email protected].
Does pricing differ between the app and the website?
In the iOS and Android apps you pay Apple or Google at the localized store price. Website checkout is processed by LIS System s.r.o. as Merchant of Record, and the prices listed here are in EUR; the payment page may show them converted to your local currency.
Is there a free plan?
Bunsy is a paid AI video app. The app itself is free to download, and generating runs on credits from a subscription or a one-time pack.
