This Privacy Policy explains how QUICK AI SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS HUB - FZCO (“Company”, “we”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use the Bunsy app, website, and related services (the “Service”). It is designed to comply with the UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and app-store disclosure rules.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, login identifiers; for guests, a device-linked identifier.
• Transaction data: subscription status, credit purchases, and billing metadata. Card details for website checkout are handled by Creem (merchant of record) and are not stored by us. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google via Adapty.
• Content data: prompts, uploads, generated output, and feed interactions.
• Photographs you choose to upload to create an avatar. We store the photograph as an ordinary image. We do not run face recognition and do not create faceprints, templates, or embeddings.
• Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, OS, logs, crash data, analytics.
• Support and moderation records.

3. How we use data

We use personal data to create and authenticate accounts; generate media in response to your requests; deliver, maintain, and moderate the Service; process payments, refunds, and fraud prevention; provide analytics, debugging, and security; send transactional messages and, with consent, marketing; and comply with law.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated content to train AI models except with separate opt-in consent.

4. Sharing

We share data with AI generation providers (to produce output), hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics and crash reporting, push providers, payment processors (Creem for website payments; Apple, Google, and Adapty for in-app purchases), and authorities where required by law. The current vendor list is at bunsy.io/sub-processors.

5. International transfers

Our application servers, databases, and object storage are in the European Union. Prompts, uploads, and related data may be sent to third-party AI and payment providers outside the UAE and EU, including the United States, as needed to provide the Service.

6. Retention

Account data is kept for the life of the account and deleted within 7 days after a deletion request (after a 7-day restore window). Billing records are kept as required by UAE tax/commercial law (typically 5 years). Content is kept while it exists in your account; deleted content is purged within 30 days, subject to backups.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days (or sooner if the law requires). You may lodge a complaint with the competent UAE authority.

8. Children

The Service is for users 18 and older (or the higher age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.
